We have updated the gallery with some pictures, have a look!
A massive thank you to Tom Potter who gave us a wonderful write up in the East Anglian Times today. We will post a copy of the article shortly
The wind has changed to a more southerly and occasionally westerly so life is warmer and happier on the beach.
Thank you beautiful Aldeburgh for giving us the most wonderful reception. 75 people came to hear our first live performance and were warm and encouraging. Huge appreciation.
One person even went to the trouble of coming to this website to write us this lovely message tonight:
"This evening was very thought provoking and beautiful. Well done and thank you. Our 5 year old daughter just wanted to gracefully dance as she listened to your music."
Onward and upwards .....
We were delighted to discover that the sun came out and 3 of our Seatrees can resist a force 6 wind (with only a minor modification)!
A hard second days setup and we have: 5 trees, headphones sprouting out of the beach and the trees waving in the wind making a sound scape - we are ready for our first day tomorrow!
big day of setting up . . really windy which makes putting up a forest harder! got the studio looking good in the Tower, and starting to s o u n d good too . .
Today we started the installation, just what we needed a nice strong force 6 wind! It test ted the trees (one fell down!) but the links to the music synthesiser was working well. So a good day. Cant wait for the rest of the week. A storm is forecast for Thursday, here goes!
